The number of 'education' insurance policies and 'home' insurance policies sold by company 'A' and company 'B' is 50 and 150 respectively. The average number of total insurance policies sold by companies 'A', 'B', and 'D' is 500. The number of 'education' insurance policies sold by company 'D' is 66.66% of the total number of insurance policies sold by the same company. The number of 'health' and 'home' insurance policies sold by company 'C' is 300 and 200 respectively. 

If the ratio of the number of 'health' and 'home' insurance policies sold by company 'D' is 3 : 2 respectively, then find the total number of 'home' and 'education' policies sold by company 'D'?
