Quantity II - After the meeting, the difference between the distance (in km) travelled by Rajdhani express and Vande Bharat express in exactly 1 hour.

Quantity III - If Vande Bharat express travels for 13 hours, then the fewer distances (in km) covered by the Vande Bharat in those 13 hours than the distance between Delhi and Bilaspur.
