A container is initially filled with 'V' litres of a chemical solution containing 100% pure disinfectant. 'T' liters of the disinfectant are drawn off, and an equal amount of another solution (containing 0% disinfectant) is added to the container. The process is repeated once more: the same amount of mixture is drawn off, and again an equal amount of the second solution is added. After the two rounds, the container is left with only 21.6 litres of pure disinfectant.
