Direction: The following pie chart shows the percentage distribution of the number of students (Boys + Girls) studying in five schools (A, B, C, D, and E).
Total number of students studying in five schools = 35000
The following pie chart shows the percentage distribution of the difference between the number of boys and girls in the five schools (A, B, C, D, and E).
The difference between the number of boys and girls in five schools = 5600
Note:
i) x – y = 6
ii) In all schools the number of boys is more than the number of girls.
2/7th of the boys in School A got distinction and 40% of the total number of students in School A got distinction. The number of girls who got distinction in School B is the same as the number of boys who got the distinction in School A. The number of boys who got distinction in School B is 5/7th of the number of boys in School B. Find the difference between the number of boys who got distinction in School A and School B together and the number of girls who got distinction in School A and School B together.
