Directions: Read the following information carefully and answer the questions.

In Delhi Hotel, thirty stairs are used to go from bottom to top such that the bottommost stair is considered as 1 and the immediately above stair is considered as 2, and so on till the topmost stair is considered as 30. There are 4 persons: Aarav, Vihaan, Kabir, and Ishaan. They are moving from bottom to top based on certain conditions: If Aarav moves to stair 2, then he doesn't move on stair 1 and stair 3 (that means Aarav does not move to its immediate next and immediate back steps), and the same applies for all. All the people move from the bottom stairs.
Conditions:
I. Aarav moves only on prime-numbered stairs.
II. Vihaan moves with an interval of at least four stairs.
III. Kabir moves only on stairs that are multiples of 5.
IV. Ishaan moves only on the stair which is a multiple of 6.
Notes:
The difference between the stoppages of Aarav and Ishaan is 4. If Aarav moves on the 1st stair, it counts as his 1st stoppage; if Aarav moves on the 30th stair, it counts as his last stoppage. The same applies to all. No one stops on the bottommost stair 1 or the topmost stair 30. Kabir stops only 5 times. Kabir's 2nd stoppage is two stairs above Vihaan's 2nd stoppage. Aarav's 3rd stoppage is just below Vihaan's 2nd stoppage. Both Aarav and Vihaan don't stop on the same stairs. Both Vihaan and Kabir stop on the same stair only once, and at that stair, the number of stairs above Vihaan and Kabir is more than the number of stairs below them. The number of stairs below Aarav's 1st stoppage is one more than above Aarav's last stoppage. Stoppage counts of Vihaan and Kabir are equal. Aarav's 2nd last stoppage is stairs below Vihaan's 2nd last stoppage. Aarav's stoppages are three more than Vihaan's stoppages. Vihaan's last stoppage is just above a stair that is a multiple of 9.
