Comprehension Passage

Direction: Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below:

In a certain coding language, the directions are coded as per the below conditions:

1 S 2 means 1 is in the North of 2

1 T 2 means 1 is in the South of 2

1 U 2 means 1 is  in the East of 2

1 V 2 means 1 is  in the West of 2

S and V mean the distance between the two points is either 3m or 9m.

T and U mean the distance between the two points is either 5m or 11m.

(1, 2) G (3, 4) means the distance between point 1 and point 2 is greater than that of point 3 and point 4.

(1, 2) L (3, 4) means the distance between point 1 and point 2 is less than that of point 3 and point 4.

(1, 2) E (3, 4) means the distance between point 1 and point 2 is equal to that of point 3 and point 4.

Example: 1 SU 2 means 1 is in the Northeast of 2 and the distance between 1 and 2 is either 3m or 9m.

Conditions:

% T #, $ S &, @ U &, $ V %, ¥ T @, € S #, TU #, + TU , + S

(, +) E (€, #)

(&, @) L (, +)

($, &) L ($, %)

(¥, @) G (#, %)

(@, ¥) G (#, ♦)

(+, €) E (@, &)

What is the minimum distance from point $ to point ?
