There are more than two employees between R and the one with the brand New Balance. The employee with the brand Under Armour has just less target than the one who has the brand New Balance. The number of employees with less target than Y is equal to the number of employees with more target than the one with brand Nike. The one who got the Reebok brand has just fewer targets than Y.
