Following are the criteria to recruit a Staff Manager in a company.

Required qualifications for Staff Manager in ABC company:

i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with minimum 80% aggregate marks.

ii) Maximum age of 35 years on 1 September 2021.

iii) Atleast 4 years of experience in managing staff in any recognised private or government company.

iv) Fluent in English and Hindi.

If a candidate satisfies all the aforementioned criteria, EXCEPT:

a) at (i) above, but has completed Master’s degree with minimum 75% aggregate marks, his/her case is to be referred to the HR.

b) at (iii) above, but he/she has a 6 years of work experience in the field of management, his/her case is to be referred to the CEO.
