Directions: Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below.
A person goes 8m from P towards the east and reaches point R. Then he turns left and reaches point T after walking for 4m. From point T, he goes in the east direction for 3m and reaches point Q. Now he goes south from point Q and after walking for 10m he reaches point S. Distance between point S and point V is 15m and point V is in the west of point S.
