Direction: In every question, two rows are given and to find out the resultant of a particular row you need to follow the following rules: 

Rule 1: If an even number is followed by an odd number, then they are to be added.

Rule 2: If an odd number is followed by a perfect square, then they are to be added.

Rule 3: If an odd number is followed by a prime odd number, then the first number is to be divided by the second number.

Rule 4: If an even number is followed by an even number the small number is to be subtracted from the large number.

Rule 5: If an odd number is followed by an even number (not a perfect square), then they are to be multiplied.

Row- I, 6 15 7 9

Row- II, 11 8 X 3

If X is the resultant of row I, then what would be the difference between the resultant of row I and row II?
