Information is given about only the occupied floors, the rest of the floors are to be treated as vacant floors. The total number of floors in the building is a multiple of 4 but less than 18. 

A lives on the third floor from the bottom. E lives on the ninth floor from the top. There is an even number of floors between A's floor and E's floor. E lives above A. C lives on the 12th floor. The sum of floor numbers of C and F is equal to the floor number of B. B does not live on the topmost floor. There are six floors between B's floor and H's floor. I lives on an even-numbered floor between C's floor and H's floor. D and G live on prime numbered floor below the 10th floor but neither of them lives adjacent to F's floor.
