Direction: Study the following information and answer the following question.

The first 19 natural numbers are written from top to bottom. The letters of the word "VICTORY" are written in reversed alphabetical order against the seven consecutive prime numbers (one letter against one number from bottom to top). Letters - J, K, L, M, and N are written against 5 of the numbers. Special Character %, #, @, ?, /, >, and < are written against the rest of the numbers. No two symbols are together.

< is written immediately above M. K is written against that number which is 1.5 more than the number that is half of the number against which L is written. The difference in the places between M and @ is the same as the difference in the places between @ and C. There is a gap of two places between % and L, which (both) are not below @. There are more than four numbers between < and # which is written against an even number. There are no symbols below N. The difference between > and < is the same as the difference between > and ?. / is written against a number which is 4 more than the twice of that number which is written against C.
