The total number of employees living in society 'A' and society 'B', is in the ratio of 7 : 8 respectively. The number of employees who are working in 'public' sector jobs' and 'private' sector jobs in society 'A' is in the ratio of 3 : 2 respectively. The number of employees who are working in 'public' sector jobs and in 'private' sector jobs in society 'B' is in the ratio of 5 : 3 respectively. The difference between the number of employees who are working in 'private' sector jobs for both societies is 16.
