The lowermost floor is numbered 1 and the topmost floor is numbered 8. Only one person lives on each floor. Ahmed lives on an odd-numbered floor but not on floor 7 and floor 1. Only three persons live between Ahmed and Hema. Elina, who lives on an even-numbered floor, lives immediately above the floor on which Goli lives and immediately below Ahmed. Feroz lives on an odd-numbered floor above floor 6. Diya lives on one of the floors above Bina and on one of the floors below Charu.
