P, Q, R, S, T and U six athletes scored different points in three games [Long Jump, High Jump, and Triple Jump]. The points of each one are divisible by 5. The maximum points in each game are 100.

The points scored by P in the Long Jump are between 46 to 54. The points scored by Q in the High Jump are between 56 to 64. The points scored by R in the Long Jump are between 76 to 84. The points scored by U in the Triple Jump are between 66 to 74. The points scored by R in the Triple Jump are equal to the points scored by P in the Long Jump. The points scored by Q and U in the Long Jump are equal, and points are between 39 to 44. The total points of U in three games are 140. The points scored by S in the Triple Jump are equal to the points scored by Q in the High Jump. The points scored by T in the Long Jump are equal to the points scored by U in the Triple Jump. The points scored by T in the High Jump are equal to the points scored by R in the Long Jump. The total points of T in three games are 200. Points of S in three games are the same . The points scored by R in the High Jump and the points scored by P in the Triple Jump are the same which are equal to the points scored by T in the Long Jump. The total points of U are 10 less than Q and the total points of T are 20 more than the total points of P.

In the games Broad Jump and Hurdle Jump, the average points of P are 60 and that of Q are 75 respectively. Find the difference of percentage change in their individual average.
