Each floor has two flats such Flat A and Flat B. Flat A of all floors stays vertically in the same line and Flat B of all floors stays vertically in the same line. Flat B of all floors stays east to flat A of all floors.

U lives to the west of P. There are two floors between Q and P who do not live on the ground floor. R and S live on the same floor. R lives one floor above W. There is a one-floor gap between P and V and Both live on the same numbered flat. W does not live on flat B of any floors. T does not live on flat B. R lives same numbered flat as U
