In this situation, the male or the husband of that elected representative takes the actual charge and the role of the actual woman Pradhan is limited or restricted to signing the documents. All the work is done by the husband of that Pradhan this culture is primarily known as the Pradhan pati. Pradhan Pati is a pseudo-post created by men and for men without taking any responsibility.
