Conditions:

Step 1 – If a number is immediately preceded and immediately succeeded by a symbol, then those numbers will be placed just after the second vowel of the row from the left end in increasing order.
Step 2 – If a letter is immediately succeeded by another letter, then the first letter (if consonant) will be changed to its reverse letter and if the first letter is a vowel, then the second letter will be changed to its reverse letter as per the English alphabetical series.
Step 3 – If a letter is immediately preceded by a symbol, then the letter and the symbol will interchange their position, and the letter will be changed to its next letter as per the English alphabetical series. 
Step 4 – Subtract 1 from all the even numbers which are greater than 5 and add 1 to all the odd numbers which are less than 5. 

Note: Step 4 is applied after applying step 3, step 3 is applied after applying step 2, and step 2 is applied after applying step 1.
