Two persons are living between E and the one whose rank is 4th. The salary of B is highest and lives on an even number floor two floors below D, then the salary of how many persons are lower than the one who lives on the 2nd floor?

Statement I: G lives two floors above F, whose salary is lowest. The salary of G is less than C and D but not as much as F and E. C lives on the lowermost floor.

Statement II: G lives on any odd floor above C, whose salary is only less than two-person. The salary of D is more than the salary of E.
