The maximum pecuniary jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge in Delhi is of Rupees Three lacs. 'A' files a plaint in the Court of the Civil Judge for recovery of Rupees Five lacs together with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of institution of the suit till realization:
