G got the promotion before H and G is not the person who was promoted first. Four persons got the promotions between D and F. D got the promotion in the month having an even number of days. A was the fourth who got the promotion in the given years. There were as many promotions before E as after A. H got the promotion after E but not after B. There were two people between E and C, who was promoted just after F.
