In July 2024, the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) signed an MoU with Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL) to facilitate the “_______” initiative aimed at empowering rural women by providing them access to electric bicycles under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM
