The case of a customer will be sent to the Manager if the customer satisfies all the above criteria except-
- In (iv), s/he wants to send the courier to European countries and is willing to pay extra transit costs.
- In (i), s/he is not a citizen but has been a resident of India for more than five years.
- In (ii), s/he is not doubly vaccinated but has taken the first dose and not been diagnosed with covid after taking the vaccine.
