Directions: Read the following information carefully and answer the questions that follow.

A Premier Mini Ratna Company invites online application from eligible candidates, for issuing- HUMAN RESOURCE scholarship for Post Graduate Students. Following are the conditions which need to be satisfied by the candidate to be eligible for the Scholarship.

i) The upper age limit prescribed for the scholarship shall be 27 years as on 20 August 2018.

ii) The candidate should have a degree with minimum 65% marks from a recognized university.

iii) The candidate should be currently enrolled in 2 year Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

iv) The selection process comprises of two phases, Phase I of objective online test of 70 marks and Phase II of Personal Interview of 30 marks, for final selection should score at least 70% as aggregate in both the phases.

In case of an applicant who satisfies all conditions except,

a) At i) above, age relaxation of 5 years applicable for candidates who have been domicile of Jammu Kashmir during the period 01/01/1980 to 30/12/1989 as per Government rules.

b) At iii) above, Candidate should be enrolled currently in Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management in a recognized University, or should have secured admission for higher studies (PhD) in a reputed university, and must not be receiving any other scholarship, he has to write a online test.
