Directions: Read the following information carefully and answer the question:

Following are the conditions to select a swimmer for Olympics:

i. The swimmer should know at least 2 different types of strokes.
ii. The swimmer should have won at least 5 state-level championships till date.
iii. The swimmer should have won at least 3 national level championships till date.
iv. The swimmer should finish in the top two in one of 13 individual swimming events of FINA.
v. The swimmer’s weight should be at least 50 kg and at most 85 kg.

Any swimmer can be eligible under any one or more of the above criteria depending upon his/her pursuits. In each of the following questions, details of one swimmer are given. You have to find out under which of the above conditions the candidate is eligible and mark your answer accordingly based on the alternatives provided after each question. 

Radhika has been a state champion twice and knows 3 different types of strokes in swimming. She has won the national once and weighs 55 kg.
