Directions: Read the following information carefully and answer the question that follows:

An organization decided to offer an incentive to some of its employees who fulfill the following requirements.

1. The employee should have been working with the organization for over 3 years.
2. S/he must have solved at least 50 cases in their career.
3. S/he should not have taken any unpaid leaves in the current year.
4. The employee has not been involved in any unethical activities.
5. The employee must be above 30 years of age.

If the employee satisfies the above criteria except

1. In (i), s/he hasn't worked for over 3 years in the organization but has any other experience of more than three years, s/he will be granted the incentive.
2. In (v),  s/he is 30 years of age or less but has worked with the company for more than 5 years, then the case will be forwarded to the management to decide.
3. In (ii), s/he has not solved more than 50 cases but the value of the business from the cases they solved is more than 5 lakhs, then the matter will be sent to the Managing Director.
