An organization decided to offer an incentive to some of its employees who fulfill the following requirements.
- The employee should have been working with the organization for over 3 years.
- S/he must have solved at least 50 cases in their career.
- S/he should not have taken any unpaid leaves in the current year.
- The employee has not been involved in any unethical activities.
- The employee must be above 30 years of age.
If the employee satisfies the above criteria except
- In (i), s/he hasn't worked for over 3 years in the organization but has any other experience of more than three years, s/he will be granted the incentive.
- In (v), s/he is 30 years of age or less but has worked with the company for more than 5 years, then the case will be forwarded to the management to decide.
- In (ii), s/he has not solved more than 50 cases but the value of the business from the cases they solved is more than 5 lakhs, then the matter will be sent to the Managing Director.
