DIRECTIONS: Following are the criteria for selecting Software Engineer for the maintenance of MDH International Company’s software.
The applicants should
(i) know either English or Spanish.
(ii) be at least 25 years and not more than 35 years as on 01-12-2017.
(iii) have scored at least 80% in the interview.
(iv) have a work experience of at least three years.
If the applicant satisfies all the above criteria, the applicant may be selected.
a) However, if the Applicant fulfils all the criteria except, criterion (ii) , but has a work experience of at least six years as a Testing Engineer, then he/she is referred to Senior Software Engineer
Reshma scored 88% in the interview. She knows Spanish and is 36 years old. She has 5 years of work experience as a Software Engineer and has six years of work experience as a Testing engineer.
