When the act said to be Aggravated sexual assault under POCSO Act

Whoever, being a police officer, commits sexual assault on a child

whoever being a public servant commits sexual assault on a child;
3
any other person, or does any other act with sexual intent which involves physical contact without penetration
4
Both 1 and 2
