Under limit state of collapse condition, the design of a singly reinforced balanced beam section for a span of 4 m was carried out using two type of steel : case A : Mild steel ; Case B : HYSD steel- Fe415 grade. The inference about the limiting values of the depth of neutral axis xu, max in the two cases is:
