The topmost floor is numbered 8 and the lowermost as 1.

Chetan does not like Ranbir Kapoor and lives on the third floor. Anaya and Dev do not like Salman Khan. Garima does not live on the fifth floor and doesn’t like Varun Dhawan. Eric and Dev do not like Ranveer Singh. Bunny likes Shahid Kapoor. Falak does not live on the eighth floor and does not like Siddharth Malhotra and Ranveer Singh. Himani likes Shah Rukh Khan and lives on the second floor. Anaya does not like Akshay Kumar. The one who likes Ranveer Singh lives on the fourth floor. The one who likes Akshay Kumar lives on the sixth floor. The one who likes Siddharth Malhotra lives on the seventh floor. There is only one floor between the person who likes Akshay Kumar and the person who likes Salman Khan. Eric lives between the person who likes Akshay Kumar and the person who likes Ranveer Singh.
