(i) Must produce domicile certificate of the State

B) (ii) above, but is ready to provide Aadhar card, should be referred to the Vice-Chairman of the Committee

C) (iii) above, but is a freedom fighter or an ex-serviceman or a first relation of them, should be referred to a member of the Committee

The last date for receipt of application was 31st December 2016. Conditions are to be fulfilled as on 31st December 2016. Based on these criteria, decide whether to allot flat or not in the following case, given to you as on 1st January 2017.

Shami is planning to purchase a flat in ABC Society. He is the son of an industrialist and from another state who has set his factory in 2000 and has a domicile certificate of the state.
