(I): Unlike individually owned apartments, which are given on rent, these multistoried flats offer two or more facilities, such as a pool, gymnasium, football field, free Wi-Fi, etc without any additional cost. These facilities are otherwise not easily available and a huge amount may have to be charged for the same.

(II): A residential building in city K charges its occupants $30−$40 per month for parking and maintenance. However, these multi-storey flats owned by companies only charge $20 a month.
