A seat of the Member of Parliament can be declared vacant

If she/he abstains from taking an oath or affirmation before the President.

If she/he becomes subject to any of the disqualifications specified in the constitution.

If she/he is absent from all its meetings for a period of thirty days without a permission.
4
If she/he introduces a no confidence motion in the house.
