In 2014, if 60% of wheat and 30% of rice were exported at the rate of Rs.6 per kg and Rs.12 per kg respectively and in 2017, 40% of wheat and 25% of rice were exporte per kg and Rs.15 per kg respectively, then find the ratio of revenue collected from export of wheat and rice in 2014 to 2017.
