Article 200 of the Indian Constitution provides that when a Bill passed by the State Legislature, is presented to the Governor, the Governor shall declare that he
(i) assents to the Bill
(ii) withholds assent therefrom
(iii) reserves the Bill for the Prime Minister's consideration
