What is true about Sarpanch?
(i) He can be removed by a motion of no confidence
(ii) The no-confidence motion should be passed by 3/4th majority of the members present and voting and 2/3rd majority of the total number of members of Panchs.
(iii) 10 days notice is required for a no-confidence motion
(iv) The Sarpanch can challenge the validity of the no-confidence motion before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate within 15 days.
