Direction: Study the following information carefully and answer the question given below

A Science Museum and Research centre has organized a talent hunt program, where they will be giving a free tour for an entire day in their museum and research centre to the selected candidates.

The criteria for selection are as follows:

1. The candidate must be between 10 and 16 years of age.

2. The candidate should be enrolled in a government school.

3. The candidate should have an average score of 75% until the class he is in.

4. The candidate should have scored above 80% in science in every standard before.

5. The candidate has participated in at least one science event previously organized by the Museum.

A candidate will still be considered if s/he follows all other criteria except -

a. S/he is not enrolled in a government school but has scored above 90% in science in all the classes until now.

b. S/he does not have an average score of 75% but has scored above 90% in Mathematics in all the classes before.

Neha is 12 years old. She is a student of a reputed private school and her average score in all classes before and in science is the same at 82%. She has participated in five science events and three of them had been organized by the Science Museum and Research centre. Is she eligible to be selected for the program?
