Consider the following statements about the decision on questions related to disqualifications of members in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly-

1. If a question arises whether a member of the State Legislative Assembly has become subject to any disqualification mentioned in clause (1) of Article 191 of the Constitution of India, then the question shall be referred to the Speaker for decision and his decision shall be final.

2. Before deciding on any such question, the Governor shall seek the opinion of the Election Commission and shall act according to such opinion.
