Read the following information and answer the given questions 

Following are the conditions for allotment of housing plots to a family at the time of allotment.

A ) The family should have at least 4 members and only one married couple in It.

B)The combined monthly family income should NOT be more than Rs.25,000 per month.

C) No member of the family should have a criminal case against him/her

D) No member of the family should have benefited from any other subsidy scheme.

E) No member of the family should own any residential property.

However, in case a family who fulfills all other criteria EXCEPT.

1) B above, and if the combined income includes pension, then the pension amount is deductible.

2) C above, and if the member has been released from imprisonment, then the case is referred to Central Police Station

3) E above, and if living in the same rented property for more than 7 years, then it will be treated as owned residential property.

Based on these criteria and information provided below, decide the course of action in each case. You are NOT to assume anything.

Family C has a total monthly income of Rs. 26,000 which includes a pension of Rs. 3,000 earned by th widowed gandmother. The married couple has one 3-year-old son. The family has no members who have a criminal case, they do not own a residential property and they have not received any other subsidy. They are living in a rented house for the past 6 years.
