People are always different in their views, opinions, interpretations, understanding etc. and they live with their differences. Though there are numerous significant differences, certain things bond people together. The idea of a society is the principal reason for them to live together. Individuals cannot go away from their societies because human beings are social beings, and they need society to satisfy their general, mental, and physical needs. Culture was another predominant reason in the past, but it is gradually fading because of globalization. Another one, the most influential one, is having the idea of loving fellow human beings. External forces like employment, business, trade etc also compel them to accept the presence of others despite their unwillingness. Because of the existence of various differences, leadership has become a tough job nowadays. Members of a team have different personal opinions apart from different professional skills, but the employment makes them work together though sometimes the attitude, eagerness of the members drive them to proceed further working with colleagues and teammates. Living together in the name of a wedding or a family is different. The major reason for this is traditional and moral. Whatever the thread that tags them to work or live together, there is a degree of elasticity and if that exceeds, people cannot be together in their profession or relation. Respecting others' views broadmindedly and possessing the qualities of positivity and tolerance towards others makes all the people lead a peaceful and contented life and consequently, this planet will be converted into a better place to live in.
