In a segmental approach, analysts have studied 'financial or capital globalization,' 'telecommunication or media globalization' and 'cultural globalization' as separate developments, and then tried to view the impact of the one, for instance, financial or capital' globalization upon other segments such as the 'media', 'communication' or 'culture'.
