Directions: Read the following information carefully and answer the question:

The following are the conditions to select a head chef for a 5-star hotel:

i. The candidate should have an experience of at least 3 years working in some renowned restaurant.
ii. The candidate should have passed his hotel management course with at least 70%.
iii. The candidate should have managed a team of at least 5 chefs before.
iv. The candidate should have created recipes for menu items and daily specials, with emphasis on classic French cuisine.
v. The candidate should have assisted in hiring and scheduling all sous chefs.

Any candidate can be eligible under any one or more of the above criteria depending upon his/her pursuits. In each of the following questions, details of one candidate are given. You have to find out under which of the above conditions the candidate is eligible and mark your answer accordingly based on the alternatives provided after each question. 

Rachel previously worked in a renowned hotel for 4 years and was a head chef there. She was managing a team of 4 chefs and was an expert at classic French cuisine, creating special daily menus.
