Read the following information carefully and answer the questions given below it.

An Airplane company has advertised for the position of pilot. The HR has decided certain eligibility criteria for the post. The eligibility criteria for the post are as follows:

The candidate has to fulfil the following criteria:

i) The candidate should provide a health certificate issued by a government authorized doctor.

ii) The candidate must have flying experience of more than 1000 hours.

iii) The candidate should have commercial Pilots licence issued by Government of India. 

For cases in which a candidate:

- Fulfils all the conditions except (II) above and have flying experience of 750 hours but have secured more than 80% in the theory exam, the candidate shall be referred to the CEO of the Company.

- Fulfils all the conditions except (III) above and have a commercial pilot license issued by any other country but is willing to sign a bond of INR 10 lakhs the candidate will be referred to the Managing Director of the Company.

Based on the above conditions, decide whether the candidate will be selected or not.

Ritwik wants to apply for the position. He has commercial pilot licence issued by Government of India. He has a flying experience of more than 800 hours and has secured 90% marks in his theory exam. He can provide a certificate issued by a Doctor who works in Airforce Hospital.
