Income tax department planned to raid a company office in four different cities of Uttar Pradesh viz. Aligarh, Bulandshahr, Noida, and Ghaziabad. The total amount proposed to be collected from all the cities was Rs. 4400 crore. The ratio between the amount proposed to the amount collected is 11 ∶ 4 respectively. 30% of the amount collected out of the total amount collected is from Aligarh, 10% of the amount collected out of the total amount collected is from Bulandshahr. The remaining amount collected is from Noida and Ghaziabad in the ratio of 1 ∶ 3 respectively. The ratio of the amount proposed to be collected from Aligarh and other cities together is 3 ∶ 5. 4% of the amount proposed from all cities except Aligarh is proposed to be collected from Ghaziabad.
