In a colony there are 3 buildings A, B and C each having 3 floors. 12.5% of the total residents of the colony live on the ground floor of A while total residents of building B is 75% of that of building A and also number of residents living in the ground floor of building B is 20% of that of ground floor of building A. Also, it is known that in building C, same number of residents live in all 3 floors and ratio of number of residents between 1st and 2nd floor of B is 6 : 7. Total number of residents in building A is 200 and the ratio between the number of residents in A to total number of residents of the colony is 1 : 4.
If the ratio of the number of residents living in 1st and 2nd floor of building A is 2 : 3, what is the difference between the number of residents living in 1st floor of C and 1st floor of A?
