The Finance Minister informed that for the first time, a package of assistance for traditional artisans and craftspeople has been conceptualized through a new scheme 'PM VIKAS' that will enable them to improve the quality, scale and reach of their products, integrating them with the MSME value chain. 

PM VIKAS stands for 'PM ______________ Kaushal Samman'.
