A contractor builds an arcade with 25 apartments and 15 shops. Also, his site consists of 16 houses wherein he has partnered with fellow contractor wherein the profits are distributed in 2 : 1 ratios. His share in the house site is more than his partner. 4/5^th of the shops and apartments were sold at 10% profit (each) but the rest cumulated up to 2 % loss of what was projected. An apartment’s cost price is 20% less than the house cost price and shop cost price is 25% less than the house cost price. Cost price of house was Rs. 60 lakhs and 75% of houses got sold at 10% profit whereas the rest incurred 12% loss.
