Comprehension Passage
Directions : Answer the questions based on the information given below.

An exam is conducted in a city of single shift and the exam contains three sections i.e. Quant (35 questions), Reasoning (35 questions) and English (30 questions). Each question carries 1 mark for right answer, -0.25 marks for wrong answer and there is no penalty for not attempting the questions.
Data is given about number of questions attempted by five students in three different sections. It also shows the number of right and wrong answers marked by the students.

Some other information is also known: Ratio of number of questions attempted by A in 'Quant' to that in 'English' is 3: 2 and number of questions attempted by B in 'Quant' is 10 less than that in 'Reasoning' by him. Total questions attempted by C in 'English' is 22 and number of questions attempted by D in 'Reasoning' is 75% of that in 'Quant'. Total number of questions attempted by E in 'Reasoning' and 'English' sections are equal.

If total marks obtained by D in Reasoning and English section together in the test is 30.5 and 62.5% of total attempted questions by him in Quant are correct, then what is the ratio of marks obtained by him in Quant section to that in English section?
