Directions: Study the following information carefully and answer based on it.
Four different firms (A, B, C and D) produced certain number of products. Each product produced by a given firm is provided with a tag which is a combination of letters, and the tag may or may not be same for two products produced by a given firm. The selling price (SP) of each product is decided by the tag given to it such that:
Selling price (SP) of the product = 5 × square of place value of 1st letter + 4 × square of place value of 2nd letter + and so on.
Place value of letter is the position of the letter in alphabetical order.
If a product is tagged as ABC then its selling price = 5 × 12 + 4 × 22 + 3 × 32 = Rs. 48
The given line graph shows the number of products produced and number of products that remained unsold, by given four firms.
| Firms | Total products produced | Number of products remained unsold |
| A | 5x | 1200 |
| B | 9y | 3250 |
| C | 7.5x | 2000 |
| D | 5y | 1250 |
Note- The sum of the number of products produced by firms A and D together is 6750 while firm B produced 2250 products more than firm C.
