There are eight boxes which are of different colors like Red, Blue, Black, Brown, White, Pink, Purple and Mauve. These boxes contain different drinks such as Maaza, Fanta, Mirinda, Sprite, Limca, Dew, 7up and Pepsi but not necessarily in the same order. They are arranged in the bottom to top position (the lowermost is positioned as one and above as two and so on).

The pink-colored box contains Fanta. Black colored box is kept at one of the positions above the Mauve colored box. The purple-colored box is kept above the box containing Pepsi but it does not contain Mirinda. Box containing Mirinda is kept at the topmost position. The brown colored box is kept at the even-numbered position but not at number 8. Blue colored box is kept fifth positions below the box that contains Mirinda. There are four boxes between the brown colored box and the box containing Limca. There are 5 boxes kept between box containing Limca and the box that contains Sprite. Dew is kept in a white-colored box at one of the odd positions but not below the blue-colored box. The red-colored box is kept immediately above the white-colored box, but neither contains 7up nor Pepsi. Box containing Pepsi is kept immediately above the box that contains 7up. The box that contains Dew is not kept at the position below the box containing Sprite.
